I protest Iraq war because:

Protesting War on Iraq means different things to different people. Some protest it as a matter of principle, some are against it because they think the Bush administration has prematurely aborted diplomacy and resigned to launching a war, while others say they protest it because they think it will cause more harm to our country over the long run than any peace and prosperity that these war proponents claim this war would bring to us. Some paranoids even claim that any American that protests against this impending war does so because (s)he is unpatriotic and may even have a soft spot for Saddam. So here is your chance to set the record straight!

I am protesting this war on Iraq because:

1. I believe we can disarm Saddam through diplomacy and more intense, intrusive, and sustained inspections.
2. Pres. Bush has failed to show how Iraq is a clear and present threat to USA.
3. Unilateral action by Pres. Bush would not serve USA well in the long run.
4. As a matter of principle, I consider War to be wrong
5. I support Saddam Hussein
