UN Chief Inspector Dr. Blix and Dr. ElBaradei are against the wall and probably could use your help.

Dr. Blix repeated today, once again, that he needs "Actionable Intelligence." Even though Bush Administration has "clear" evidence that Saddam is hiding huge amounts of Weapons of Mass Destruction, it refuses to share any such intelligence on the grounds that doing so may compromise its sources.

In light of this, I have tried to come up with a few possible "Alternative Sources" that could possibly provide Dr. Blix and his team the much needed "Actionable Intelligence." Would you please be kind enough to help select the most viable option out of the following? Thank you.
